You have 30 (thirty) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be returned to the warehouse from which it was shipped to you.
Once our client receives notice from the warehouse that your item has been returned, it will be inspected and you will be notified. Our client will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspection of the item. If your return is approved, they will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of time, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Those shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund for your item, the original cost of shipping will NOT be included in your refund. Our client has no role in shipping your purchased item(s), and we act as a broker in facilitating your purchase of shipping services from the fulfillment warehouse in which your purchased item was stored. All issues associated with shipping (including costs) is a matter between you and the fulfillment warehouse which provided your shipping services.
